Many organizations are applying lean process improvement methodologies to their organizations and manufacturing processes. Bonnie Engel from BD Diagnostic Systems will share a few case studies regarding her company’s use of Lean. BD Diagnostic Systems, a division of Becton, Dickinson and Company, is the global leader of products and instruments used for diagnosing infectious diseases.
