Although lean process improvement methodologies originated in manufacturing processes, the expansion into other industries is becoming more common today. What industries are applying these tools to their organizations? What is needed to change mindsets to identify and eliminate waste? This roundtable discussion is meant to allow professionals from various industries to share their experiences using lean process improvement methodologies.
